Chef Daniel Keegan

With a solid background at the El Gato Dumas Gastronomy Academy and a career that took him through kitchens in Argentina, Brazil, Andorra, Monaco, Angola, South Africa and Spain, Argentine chef Daniel Keegan built a culinary identity based on precision, respect for the product and knowledge of fire.

His international experience allowed him to integrate different gastronomic cultures and develop a proposal where the Argentine barbecue is expressed with balance, technique and a contemporary perspective.

In 2017, that vision took shape with the opening of El Secreto de Ribes . The restaurant was born as the culmination of his professional journey: a grill that honors tradition without rigidity, where the quality of the raw materials and the precise point of cooking are paramount.

Since then, El Secreto de Ribes has become a place where fire sets the pace and each dish reflects a particular approach to cooking: direct, honest, and meticulous. A personal project that transforms years of experience into a solid and authentic culinary offering.
